Weekly Photo Challenge: Mine

Stitched on 32 count white linen and used DMC thread/floss. It took me two months to finish this Spring Queen design cross-stitch and very soon it will be hanging on my wall.

It’s easy to buy DMC threads and white cloth but the hard part is to spend generous time on stitching.  I put forth much effort and patience to finish the details and that’s what makes me proud to call this mine.

    • Thanks! This is my third design and my favourite! At first I thought I can’t finish but as soon as little parts started to make form, I was hooked and complete the work eventually!

  2. That is beautiful. Today I was cleaning a needle point that my mother made almost 40 years ago.. I remember her making it … truly one of my most prized possessions…still proud of her. Good job.. was getting inspired looking at her needlepoint… now that I have seen yours I know I must get busy.

Thank you for sharing all of your hard work. Kudos!

    • This is one of my finished designs and I’m working on flower designs at present. Thanks and you’re welcome. Looking forward to your creations and goodluck to you too! 😉
